Tallest blind on the market
The Poplar XL has a ceiling height over 7' allowing plenty of room to stand up and stretch. This is 19” taller than most blinds on the market.
If you’re 6’ tall, enjoy empty space above your head to raise your hands or draw your compound bow without touching the ceiling. The floor-to-ceiling height is going to be noticed right away.
Zero leak promise
There are no holes from the outside to the inside of your blind. Windows and doors are fastened with embedded bolts from the outside to eliminate holes from the outside. You are in control of what comes into your blind. Windows are triple-sealed to keep out water, wind, and pesty bugs.
Clear-shot view
The roof of your blind is designed to funnel water away from the windows so that your view and shot are always open even when there’s a cold drizzle outside.

Windows
Size matters—especially for windows. Our bow windows are 45-1/2" tall and 14-3/8" wide. This is 50% wider than standard bow windows.
The gun windows are 22-1/4" tall and 14-3/8" wide.
These windows open silently and were designed specifically for The Poplar XL.
Optional curtains can be pulled up or down so you can see over them or under them.
There are up to 8 windows giving you clear 360-degree view.
Doors
Large doors make it easy for you to get in and out of your blind.
The doors are insulated and double-sealed to keep you warm and your blind clean and dry. It comes with a deadbolt latch and its welded construction make it impossible to break into.
Side door
The pass-thru opening is 26" wide—wide enough for standard, 25" wheelchairs.
Trap door
The pass-thru opening is 21" wide and 24" long.
Roof
The roof is uniquely designed to channel water away from windows so you always have an open view and clear shot.
Floor
Is anything more annoying and uncertain than a spongy floor?
Our floor is insulated with "Closed Cell" foam, keeping you warm and deadening sound. It's flat, rock solid, and won't warp even after decades of sitting outdoors.
It’s flat and tough so that you can use a rolling chair inside.
Plastic shell
The LLDPE plastic is protected from the sun and will last decades without becoming brittle or warping. Windows are fastened from the outside with embedded bolts to limit openings for water, wind, and bugs.
The 1-piece rotomolded 1/4" thick plastic shell is strong and will last 20+ years.

Insulation kit (optional)
If you're in a cold climate, you can upgrade to our insulation kit.
Even in freezing temperatures, you will stay warm. If you want to get toasty, take a portable heater, make sure to open a window.

Room to stretch
Even the tallest hunters have room to stand up and stretch.
Most of the blind has a ceiling height of 85" but the center peak is 89". Around the outsdie edge it steps down to 85".

Personal story
I went hunting 1 time
When I was 10-years-old I went hunting with my dad in a tree stand.
I didn’t go very often because it was cold, wet, and uncomfortable. It wasn’t until I was a teenager that dad got his first blind. But my 6’4” frame didn’t fit well.
I wanted to hunt in the dry, warm, and quiet. When I was 18 I built my first deer blind. In hindsight, it was rough. But ever since then my mission has been to build the most comfortable blind on the market. Today we’re taking it a step further by building ones that also disappear into nature.
Now I take my wife hunting
Today, I get to enjoy hunting in a quiet, clean blind with my wife. My nieces and nephews love joining me for hunts and they don’t need to sit perfectly still or be perfectly quiet.

Colors
The color of your blind is not a wrap but actually the color of the plastic shell.
You get to choose between these 3 colors:
- Dark gray
- Green
- Tree trunk
Curtains
The reversable camo curtains are made with True Timber's New Conceal camouflage pattern.
The high-resolution mix of bark, twigs, limbs, and leaves make it the perfect camo in most wooded settings.
The backside of the curtain is black. Perfect for "black-out" concealment—no more silhouetting!
The fabric is tough, durable, and waterproof—made with 600-denier polyester.
The curain can be moved easily and silently with strong magnets pocketed inside the curtain fabric.
Nested Base Plate
This nested base plate fits perfectly into the underside of The Poplar XL blind to make placing, aligning, and attaching to the steel elevation platform quick, easy, and simple.
The steel is stout 11-gauge and powder-coated to last as long as your blind even in the harshest of climates.
The formed corner pockets accept 4×4 treated posts and the steel ladder brackets accept 2×4 treated lumber for the ladder, with the heigh up to you based on your preference and setting.
