stand behind our products and are here to help if something isn’t quite right. Below you’ll
find all the details you need to know about returns and refunds.
Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- All returns must be approved in advance—you’ll need a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
When your order arrives
We recommend inspecting your delivery as soon as possible.
If you notice visible damage:
- Note it with the delivery driver at the time of delivery.
- Contact us and the shipping carrier within 7 days.
- Keep all packaging materials until the issue is resolved.
Refunds & deductions
Here’s what to expect:
- Full refund (minus original shipping) for items returned in perfect condition.
- Partial refunds or restocking fees may apply for items that show signs of use or missing parts.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless we made a mistake or there’s a product defect.

Returns without authorization may be refused or delayed.
Processing & refund timing
- Refunds are typically issued 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- All refunds are processed to the original form of payment.
