    This is your first step in becoming a Bourbon Blinds dealer.

    Print the form, fill it out, and email it to dealers@bourbonblinds.com. Include a copy of your state resale license.

    Print the Dealer Retail Agreement.

    We'll contact you with your approval status within 5 business days. Wait until you're approved before moving to steps 2 and 3.

  2. Fill out and send the credit application

    Print the form, fill it out, and email it to dealers@bourbonblinds.com.

    Print the Dealer Credit Application.

    We'll contact you with with your approval status within 5 business days.

  3. Fill out and send the ACH recurring payment authorization form

    In order to make payments fast and easy and keep processing fees low, we prefer ACH payments.

    Print the form, fill it out, and email it to dealers@bourbonblinds.com.

    Print the Dealer ACH Recurring Payment Form.

    We'll contact you with with your approval status within 5 business days.

    If you prefer to pay by check, you can skip this step and move unto step 4.

  4. Place your first order
